- Nearly 40% of Gen Z lack basic budgeting and savings skills by age 18.
- Less than 12% of schools nationwide offer robust entrepreneurship education.
- Youth from underserved communities are 5x more likely to fall into generational debt.
In a time where financial illiteracy is directly linked to poverty, mental health decline, and missed opportunity, preparing our youth with financial power is no longer optional — it is urgent and essential.
EVENT OVERVIEW
“Raising Tomorrow’s CEO: From Mindset to Multi-Millionaire” is an interactive, high-energy two-day workshop that trains youth (ages 13–19) in personal development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, investment basics, and leadership. Delivered by successful entrepreneurs, educators, and financial experts, this program gives youth the mindset, skills, and tools to rise beyond average and lead financially responsible, purpose-driven lives.
Participants are immersed in practical tools from the BASIC R.I.T.E.™ Financial Power Framework and the Seven Systems of Wealth™ model developed by Coach Greb. This is more than a seminar — it’s a life transformation and wealth activation encounter.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this 2-day event, each participant will:
- Understand the foundations of B.A.S.I.C. R.I.T.E.™
(Budgeting, Assets, Savings, Investing, Credit, Retirement, Insurance, Tax, Estate) - Complete a Teen Financial Action Plan
- Learn the 7 Systems of Wealth: You, Production, Retention, Conversion, Protection, Multiplication, Distribution
- Design a mini business or investment model
- Practice real financial planning with mock investments and profit simulations
- Access monthly mentorship or group coaching for 6–12 months after the seminar
